To promote a sustainable future by encouraging recyclability and reducing waste through education, innovation, and community engagement. To collaborate with individuals, businesses, and governments by adopting eco-friendly practices, reducing landfill waste, and creating a circular economy where resources are reused, repurposed, and recycled efficiently. Furthermore, to support youth engagement by creating green opportunities for them that enhance environmental quality.

Uphold confidentiality when required and avoid conflicts of interest. Collaborate constructively, respecting diverse perspectives in problem‑solving.

Follow health and safety protocols in recycling projects and when handling waste. Adhere to local and international environmental laws and labor standards.

We are an initiative aiming to find solutions to the waste problem and minimize its harm to the Syrian environment.

Aziz Aldureid

Founder of Tadweer-Tech

Full-time researcher in the Business Development department at AIMPLAS in Valencia, Spain. Holds a PhD, awarded Cum Laude in 2022, for his thesis on the Catalytic Conversion of Biomass. Founder of Tadweer-Tech, an initiative dedicated to solving waste challenges and reducing environmental harm in Syrian society.

Majd Kassawat

Co-founder - Technical Department

Senior Systems Engineer at Omron Automation. Holds a PhD in Computer Science and a Master's in Intelligent Systems from Universitat Jaume I, Spain. Co-founder of Tadweer-Tech and head of the technical department.

Hussam Eddin Alshaar

Hussam Eddin Alshaar

MSc Waste Management

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from TU Dresden. Currently working on completing his Master's thesis in Waste Management and Contaminated Sites Treatment at TU Dresden. Member of the Environmental Resources Projects team at GICON GmbH.

Rahmani Moussa

Media Team

Holds a Master's degree in Journalism and works at the German DW channel in the Arabic section in Berlin. Volunteer at Tadweer-Tech in the media group, working on raising awareness through media campaigns.

Studied Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Building, a specialization focusing on reducing resource consumption, improving building performance, and relying on environmentally friendly solutions.

Studied Natural Sciences. Works as a consultant in human rights and specialized forensic sciences in mass graves. Joined to support environmental initiatives in Syria given their importance during the current period of reconstruction and transitional justice.
