Act with honesty, transparency, and fairness in all operations, including fund usage and partnerships. Take responsibility for decisions and their environmental and social impacts.

3. Respect & Inclusivity

Treat all individuals — community members, partners, and colleagues — with dignity. Encourage youth participation and provide equal opportunities for growth in green initiatives.

4. Professionalism

Uphold confidentiality when required and avoid conflicts of interest. Collaborate constructively, respecting diverse perspectives in problem‑solving.

5. Safety & Compliance

Follow health and safety protocols in recycling projects and when handling waste. Adhere to local and international environmental laws and labor standards.

6. Anti-Discrimination

Maintain a zero‑tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or exploitation. Report misconduct through designated channels without fear of retaliation.

7. Community Empowerment

Engage communities in recyclability programs with cultural sensitivity. Provide youth with training, mentorship, and fair wages in green jobs.

8. Continuous Improvement

Regularly evaluate and improve programs for greater environmental and social impact. Encourage feedback from stakeholders to foster innovation.

About Us

We are an initiative aiming to find solutions to the waste problem and minimize its harm to the Syrian environment.

Our Goals

Working on utilizing and recycling waste, and the generated energy from it.
Working with responsible authorities to develop a comprehensive waste-management plan.
Communicating and networking with decision-makers to enact legal regulations for a better environment.
Changing collective behaviors to improve waste management through awareness workshops.

Our Core Team

Aziz Aldureid

Founder of Tadweer-Tech

Full-time researcher in the Business Development department at AIMPLAS in Valencia, Spain. Holds a PhD on the Catalytic Conversion of Biomass, from the University of Rovira i Virgili, Spain, 2023. Based on his industrial background, he founded Tadweer-Tech.

Majd Kassawat

Head of IT & Technical Team

Master´s in Intelligent Systems and Robotics from Universitat Jaume I, Spain.

Rahmani Moussa

Head of Media & Campaigns Team

Holds a Master's degree in Journalism and works at the German DW channel in the Arabic section in Berlin. Volunteer at Tadweer-Tech in the media group, working on raising awareness through media campaigns.

Ahmad Taleb

Head of Projects & Proposals Team

Studied Natural Sciences. Works as a consultant in human rights and specialized forensic sciences in mass graves. Joined to support environmental initiatives in Syria given their importance during the current period of reconstruction and transitional justice.

Lubna Baalbaki

Graduate in Commerce and Economics, specialized in Banking and Finance

Nehad Al Saqqa

Head of Engineering & Research Team

Civil engineer working in the humanitarian field in the water and rehabilitation sector. Focusing on infrastructure development and improving access to basic services.

Hussam Alddin Alchaar

Engineering & Research Team

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from TU Dresden. Currently working on completing his Master's thesis in Waste Management and Contaminated Sites Treatment at TU Dresden. Member of the Environmental Resources Projects team at GICON GmbH.

Mohammad Al Khalil

Studied Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Building, a specialization focusing on reducing resource consumption, improving building performance, and relying on environmentally friendly solutions.
